born on the 9th of September in 1932. painting since June 1953 has attended private art classes of Jimmy Boonzaaier, Cecil Skotnis, Carlos Sdoya, Kathryn van Schalkwyk and Riaan Opperman, and was very inspired by their work and different techniques. Although she was trained in all mediums, she prefers oil. now based in George she has been passing on much that she has learned, giving art classes as well as still painting and selling of art supplies. she is open to orders of painting as well as giving anyone classes who may be interested in pursuing it, or just as a hobby.
